The first step to the restoration process is to completely disassemble the truck and catalog the parts. The truck had a lot of rust and weather damage. About 90 percent of the bolts had rusted into place and the only way to dissasemble much of the truck was to cut the bolts off.

Next, rusted panels and parts were cut off. New pieces had to be fabricated in our shop and fitted to the original body. The vehicle required a great deal of custom fabrication work to bring the body back to it's original factory condition.
